I believe that forgiveness is a practice, that one must continue to do. The more you do it, the better you become at it, just like all practices and disciplines. It is very difficult to practice what we need to with the targeting going on. I love you Zeph! You help me in many ways. I am deeply grateful to you. So here I go, practicing.......I forgive all. Thank you for helping my soul feel lighter and my heart more open.
You are definitely a friend to me for years, even though we don't "officially know " each other...we do. Crazy. These pods have gotten me through the worst of times and I'm thankful for you Coach Zeph. Life has been crazy and I always want to comment but I listen on the run and bt the time it's over I forget what i was gonna say. Love ya always, and I'm still really sorry about franchesca. I have cptsd from theft. Trying to forgive the thieves is necessary but, apparently, requires that I totally abandon attachment to everything. I pray to God to help with this. It helps me understand why the homeless abandon their stuff on the sidewalk, but that's not a solution.
I believe I've forgiven everyone but sometimes I wonder. I think I'm just mad at the game and not the players, mad because of everything I missed out on because I was handicapped from a young age..same story with me really
